This Ethiopian comes from small Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in the Eastern parts of the country. Harrar features a strong dry edge, winy to fruit like acidity, rich aroma, and a heavy body. We roast this bean to a City Roast level to bring out the subtle fruity and winy notes in the cup.
