Loved it until it started leaking water all over the countertop after 1 month. Although it’s under warranty, I need to pay to send it 1000 miles away to a service center and will be without it for unknown amount of time. Also, can’t send just the tank part (which visibly drips water when filled). I have to ship the whole unit…of course, the box has been recycled. Certainly not worth the money.

This coffee maker looks Fantastic! And Works Fantastic! I used the Espresso and the Coffee maker and i’m pleased with both. I’m no coffee expert, but i brew only gourmet coffee through here and it works fantastic.
!!! I RECEIVED MY ITEM AND IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY !!! Called Customer service, and it turned out it was a defective part sent with the unit. They promptly sent me a replacement part at no charger. Works like a champ.

The machine stopped working completley after 2 months and light usage. Terrible electronics, poor quality checking, who knows….but you will want to avoid it.

This is the SECOND time I have tried to place in my review for this stinker. Hope it works this time.
This is the worst coffee maker of all time! Let me count the ways! First, the machine broke after I had it for about 2 months. I had to send it off to be repaired – AT MY EXPENSE!!! – but I thought, “I’ve invested this much money so far, it would be stupid to quit on it now.” Boy, was I incorrect. Second, the hot water does not drip into the middle of the coffee grounds but to the side, so not all of your grounds are part of the “drip” process. I have to stop the machine after about one minute, stir up the coffee grounds to make sure they are all soaked, and the restart the machine. But, when I return the coffee pot to catch the water in the filter holder, quite a bit spills out since the hole in the lid of the pot is too *&$(*&$-ing small! (I have since drilled it out to make it larger. This works much better.) But isn’t this supposed to be an automatic coffee maker? The espresso/latte side is tolerable, but a royal pain to clean!
Save your money and buy a Krups coffee maker. Do not believe anything excellent you hear about DeLonghi. Rotten company, rotten product!

I bought this machine and it stopped working within 4 months. The expresso side never reached a temperature above “very warm” and the drip side stopped working all together; the machine was not even being used on a daily basis. There are very limited repair facilites within my area and I have to drive it out there or ship it at my expense to get warrantee service. After reading the lost list of complants from other people who have had similar problems, I have to agree that this product is not worth the money and I regret not having researched this machine thoroughly prior to purchasing it. I highly recommend avoiding this model of combo coffee maker.
