My boss really bought this as a Christmas present to the lab. This was the worse buy ever! It is loud and very distracting. The milk “frother” is not only louder than an ancient, dieing vacuum cleaner, but will boil your milk before it ever produces anything that resembles a froth.
While the espresso is decent (depending on the pod you use) it is so loud, it nearly negates a morning cup! After 6 months of use it is now useless. The piston has cracked, the heating element is fried, and now it is just an expensive paperweight.
The instructions are written in the worse broken english I have ever read! My suggestion is to run away from this unit as quickly as you can!
