A lil’ bit of the Leprechaun

St. Patrick’s Day is March 17th and to commemorate the day, J.P. Licks is offering Mint Irish Lace ice cream which is a mint ice cream with chocolate flecks throughout and green in color of course.

For the Leprechauns among us, J. P. Licks offers Leprechaun Brew ice cream, made with Sam Adams beer and a hint of green food coloring. Looking for a “real Irish” treat? How about a large dish of Irish Coffee ice cream made from full strength coffee ice cream spiked with Jameson’s Irish Whiskey. Don’t like coffee? Try their Irish Orange, which is a robust orange sorbet made with Chardonnay and Irish Whiskey. Leprechaun Brew and Irish Coffee are available for a limited time only.

Not to be overlooked is the truly decadent Bailey’s Chocolate Chip Cheesecake which is a real New York Style Cheesecake with dark chocolate chips, graham crackers and a homemade base of Bailey’s Irish Cream.

The Easter Bunny is Coming

For the first time J.P. Licks is offering a Bunny ice cream cake for Easter which falls on March 23rd this year. Vanilla ice cream is molded into a cute bunny for Easter and decorated with butter cream frosting before being rolled in coconut it even comes with ears! Serves 8 to 10 people. The bunny cake will be in stock in all locations as well as available to be pre-ordered to guarantee you a Bunny!

February is Specialty Coffee Month and J.P. Licks is proud to introduce their first Rain Forest Alliance coffee, “Don Telmo Reserva” from Colombia. It’s certified organic, shade grown and bird-friendly, and the Rain Forest Alliance seal ensures that everyone in the chain (growers, harvesters, processors, and Mother Earth) gets honest treatment and compensation.

The bean brews a lovely cup of coffee, in fact, it’s one of the smoothest Colombian flavors; very well balanced with slight notes of chocolate.
